Goodness. I’ve gotten so behind on my weightloss, no joke. I weighed myself last night after I had a shower and I was 55 kg (121 lbs) |: I expected that. I really did. Oh god, today was a massive failure. I managed to go over my calorie intake in one meal because of the yummy meat pie and iced coffee I bought at lunch. What I had today so far: Fruit Salad (1 Mandarin and a handful of red grapes). 3/4 of a Mrs Macs Beef Pie - 384 calories 3/4 Ice Cofee Breaka - 161 calories 1 small red apple 1L Water Great so that’s 545 calories, and I haven’t...

Differentiate between thigh muscle and fat.
There is a difference between legs that have big muscles and legs that have a lot of fat. How to tell? Straighten your leg, tighten your thigh muscles, and then pinch the top layer of fat and skin. If you have a lot to pinch, then fat is making your leg big. If you have very little to pinch, it’s mostly muscle that is making up the bulk of your thighs.

Saturday, 4th of June, 2011.
Went bowling today, with the group of friends I see out of school. At first I started off eating nothing except the pancakes which I binged on this morning *sigh.
