Intake - 28/04
Today was the worst. I had classes today at school (yes, on a Saturday) for the QCS exam I have to do later in the year and I screwed up so bad. I’m too ashamed to even list the exact amount of calories I consumed. I also overdid the dairy; usually I can take about quarter cup of milk in my coffee or I just drink it black but in a moment of weakness I downed a small cappuccino from the cafe...

Today was okay I guess. I was aiming for 300 but I still feel bad about the binge I had; I honestly couldn’t stop myself. Coffee (+2sugars) - 58 cals 1 stick of 5 gum - 5 cals
Binge: Rustic bread with spoon of tuna - 150 cals
